Goods sold are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
We only process refund for payments made for item which is out of stock.
The amount will be refunded back to the original method of payment, or per the customer’s preference.
We ONLY ACCEPT returns & exchanges on the following items:
- Items are defective or damaged;
Change of sizes for items which fall under the bottom/trousers/shorts category (free-size items are non-exchangeable);
With the below conditions met:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, label still attached & not washed;
- Items must be shipped back to us within 3 working days upon item received.

Wrongly Order Product
Wrongly Order Product or Accidentally Order Product reason will not be entertained. Customer is responsible to check their order summary in the Cart Page & Check Out Page before proceeding to make payment.
You will be responsible for paying both return and exchange shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We usually ship our products to you using services from Line Clear Express & Logistics Sdn Bhd. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Most of the time, you should receive your items within 7 working days.
